Sometimes you find a post on social media that is just so good that you feel a need to share it with everyone.
Such was the case this morning while I was scrolling the r/dogs forum on Reddit hoping to find some interesting tips on training deaf Mauzers.
I didn’t find any good tips but I did find this jewel.
I now feel so much better about the Poopocalypse. It was really nothing in comparison. Things can always get worse.

Unrelated to the yuck….on the Puppy Bowl, they featured an organization called Perfect Imperfections Rescue and Sanctuary. The woman interviewed said that her first dog was deaf, and she needed to learn to communicate with him. I thought maybe they could be a resource for practical ways to interact with your pup?
I’ll check them out in a bit. It would be hilarious if I got the best tips from the Puppy Bowl.
Oh Lord…talk about being grateful for the teensey minor inconveniences my doggos have put me through over the years. Nothing, and I mean, nothing even comes close to matching that.
There are few things I could imagine that would be worse than that. And it was an Akita. So you know there was plenty of discharge to….I think I’ll just stop.
